工作经历
1983年7月—1991年7月，在无棣县中学任教8年。2000年7月-2018年6月到中国人民大学信息学院工作，2003年破格晋升教授职称。2018年7月至今在中国人民大学数学学院工作。
关于素质教育，中学文理（不）分科问题，奥数问题，择校生问题等接受过《科技日报》“教育观察”专栏多次采访，其中关于奥数问题和择校生问题作过专访；另外，关于‘教学过程中教师的批评权问题’接受了中央电视台和北京电视台的采访。对青少年的数学教育培养有比较深入的研究，取得了好的效果（有案例为证，把所谓‘’差生”培养成才，使成绩好的学生更上一层楼）。
从2008年长期参与中国人民大学“青年教师基本功大赛”的指导及选拔工作。
已出版教材（或教参）7部，其中包括中学生选学《开关电路与布尔代数》（人民教育出版社），及中国人民大学统计学院系列教材之一的《实变函数论》（清华大学出版社）（与张波合作）。 -
