目前学院有教师56人，其中教授14人（含外籍教授2人），副教授29人，90%以上教师具有博士学位。
教师中有国家杰出青年基金获得者1人，外专局高端人才1人，新世纪优秀人才支持计划2人，洪堡基金获得者2人，北京市高等学校青年英才计划1人。现任教师中，有4人获得“宝钢优秀教师奖”，1人获得北京市优秀教师称号，1人获得北京市青年教学名师奖，1人获得吴玉章优秀教学奖。13位教师获我校杰出学者计划支持，学院特聘外籍教授7人。
教师多项学术成果在Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America、Nature、Science、Memoirs of the American Mathematical Society、SIAM Journal on Applied Mathematics、Communication on Mathematical Physics、Journal Fur Die Reine und Angewandte Mathematik、Journal of Differential Geometry等国际一流期刊上发表。多名教师担任SIAM Journal on Applied Mathematics、Journal of Differential Equations、Journal of Mathematical Biology等国际期刊的编委或主编。
未来五年内，学院将采用全球招聘，师资规模拟达到80人，其中高水平人才20人，全职外籍教师及中长期外籍访问学者至少10人/每年。
